I do not use a mouse and to move around I have to hit the pad extremely hard and sometimes several times. I found my previous laptop was so much easier to use.

Laptop kept shutting off sent back for new one and to be reloaded with programs.

Buyer beware. This laptop was purchased for one of my son's college use, but it quit working 3 weeks after purchase. The looping blue screen began. Best Buy's Geek Squad in Muskogee was great. This laptop's motherboard needed replaced and thankfully it was with the manufacturer's warranty. This one was a lemon! Too bad we had to pay that $100 for service (next time we will also purchase the Geek Squad service plan). We do not recommend this purchase for anyone.

I expected thos laptop to be somewhat fast. Load time reminded me of dial up. If you dont have an option... I ended up returning it for something faster.

Used it for 4 days and it broke. Ran very very slow. Couldn't turn it on or anything took it back n bought a dell

bought this computer for my mother because it was relatively in our price range. The guy at bestbuy said it worked perfectly and that we would be able to go on the internet play facebook games whatever we wanted. It really cant do anything what so ever. so it sits in a box in my mothers room because she cant use it and we cant return it. very sad about the purchase and very upset we were explained that it could run whatever we wanted.

Some of the keyboard features were not working. Contacted the manufacture's support and they wanted me to go download firmware. Screw that! Brand new outta the box I expect everything to work to the T. Rather, I returned it for a Dell Inspiron with an even better/faster processor (cost a bit more tho lol...). PS- I loved it until I find out some of the function keys were not working :)

This computer is not worth it. It is not a quality product, not even for the price. Within the first year, I had to contact ASUS because the computer kept powering off. Took it to Best Buy and they replaced the battery. Apparently this was a common issue with this model. Would definitely recommend not purchasing at all and using the money to buy a better quality laptop. You get what you pay for! Lesson learned.

computer shuts off without ac adapter plugged in. battery does not hold charge. not a good buy.
