TERRIBLE COMPUTER

Even geeksquad wasn't able to ever fix the issue, plus the charger is very fragile, 1st lasted 1month, the second one a week. ended up buying aftermarket chargers.

Update didn't go through and I had to reset taking 7 hours almost every time. I stopped using in 1 week and tried to return. But I went to the store one day after the returnable day. It was total waste of money and time.

It didn’t not include charger, so I bought one to charge the laptop because it was not turning on. Even with the charger, the laptop never turned on. Waste of money.

Stay Away!

All happened at about 3.5 months after purchase. Of course I did not purchase the extended warrantee, so I was screwed.
