For the price one can’t really complain. I’m personally a power user who writes software and this computer is definitely NOT ideal for intense usage. However if you’re a light user who uses a computer to watch movies, listen to music, write a document, etc.... this will get you by. Don’t expect to be able to run photoshop, Netflix, and Spotify at the same time, but if you run one at a time then it runs pretty smooth. Also since it comes with windows 10 you’re going to experience the windows lag, so keep that in mind. Another thing to keep in mind is that even though it looks nice it feels as if it was built using cheap plastic.

I use my laptop to make spreadsheets, documents for work and it does everything I need it to. If your looking for something reliable and easy to work with this is the computer.

I've had this laptop for over a year. I can use it for what it's intended for. My issue is it's power supply. It takes too long to power up, even coming from a Sleep mode. I also would have to keep it plugged in while using it due to several instances of shutting down in the middle of work and having to restart.

For the price it's a great laptop for students, non gamers, and internet browsers who just needs a good affordable computer.

It’s a good computer for a beginner or someone who uses a computer lightly. I bought it for my mother n law and she’s enjoying it.

Can be a little slow at times and others is a speed demon. Purchased it for my mother to play her games on and she loves it.

I purchased this computer because my 5yr old Dell won’t hold charge and unable to find battery, easy to set up. If you want a basic low cost computer, try this one.

My college daughter had this computer for 2 days before it began shutting off. It also started showing 1's and 0's on the screen whenever you would push the volume button. She took it back and they upgraded it to a better computer and she hasn't had any problems!!!!!!

The computer is very sleek looking and turns on very easily. It runs pretty slow though for being brand new with not a lot of extra stuff loaded onto it.

I brought the computer home, and it worked one day, before it completely died. It wouldn't turn on. BB geeks said it sometimes happens, and gave me another one. Frustrating and inconvenient to leave the 2nd new one and have to wait again another 4 days for the file transfer from my old computer drive, and return to the store again in freezing cold weather, to pick up. But, this second one seems to be working fine. I'm still not crazy about Win 10, & haven't quite figured out how to access all my photos, or catalog the new ones I uploaded. But otherwise, it is working fine.

Unfortunately the battery stopped charging only a year after having this. The only way it can be used is to use the electrical cord.

When I have used it, to work on a resume, it worked very well. It was easy to use, and accurate. No problems.

Perfect size for a student, serves its purpose for the most part. Great buy for someone thy does not want to spend a lot of money for a laptop.

Needed a light duty computer for the kids to use and this computer was affordable. We have been using it for a few months and have not had a problem

Perhaps the best starter computer laptop on the market... updated USB ports, Asus quality, lightweight and more

Bought this for my wife after her old ASUS died after 5 years, good value for the money, she picked this over the Lenovo due to faster processor.

This laptop was a good buy at the time. I needed something for school. In the beginning, it did what it was supposed to. As the time went on, it started to run slower and slower. I guess you get what you pay for. I ended up upgrading to something different.
