Some times the laptop will freeze for a brief moment. Laptop has been updated so unsure if it is a windows 11 issue or something else. Aside from that laptop runs fine and has plenty of storage.

He did not have time to get it fixed as he needed it for classes ASAP so we got the Vivabook. The system is great but the screen cracked about 2 weeks after he purchased before he went to add an additional warranty.He as always put his laptop in the laptop sleeve of his backpack and his macbook never cracked. now he stuck with a brand new cracked laptop until he can bring it some where quick and less expensive than bestbuy to have it fixed.
