Still functioned and worked properly. My son was told it couldn't be repaired. He was given an in store credit for 2/3 of what we paid originally and no mention of the additional 4 year warranty.

Calibration of screen not sucessful with Xrite due to wide latitude/HR capability of this OLED screen. Returned due to that and the fact that wasn't as fast with PSCS as hoped.

Battery Died in less than 4 months

However, 3.5 months after purchasing the laptop, the battery stopped charging. Unless laptop if you cannot turn it on.

We're sorry to hear that the notebook stopped charging and no longer powers on and we apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. This is not the kind of quality to expect from ASUS products and it's not the norm. Based on the issue described, we recommend performing a Hard Reset.
Hard Reset
1. Remove the AC adapter.
2. Press and hold the power button for 60 seconds.
3. Reconnect AC adapter.
4. Turn on the power of the device.
