    Battery Died in less than 4 months

    Great and powerful laptop especially for the price. However, 3.5 months after purchasing the laptop, the battery stopped charging. Unless laptop if you cannot turn it on.

      Hard Reset
      1. Remove the AC adapter.
      2. Press and hold the power button for 60 seconds.
      3. Reconnect AC adapter.
      4. Turn on the power of the device.

    Prior to about an hour ago I would have said this is a fantastic laptop, but suddenly and inexplicably the monitor doesn’t work despite the keyboard backlights being on.

    Product was returned due to crack in corner of screen prior to being 1 year old. Still functioned and worked properly. My son was told it couldn't be repaired. He was given an in store credit for 2/3 of what we paid originally and no mention of the additional 4 year warranty.

    I am a loyal asus user. This is my forth asus. But it's disappointing this time. when I watch video online, da-da noise comes and goes. I shut down and restarted the laptop. It was fine for a while; then da-da noise came back.
