The internal fans vent out the bottom instead of the sides. After 10 minutes of use steaming videos, the surface temp of the bottom of the computer is at 113 degrees. No chance your going to be able to have this on your lap with heavy CPU use. Its a shame because it shines in every other department. This is a great computer if your always able to use this at a desk. Unfortunately I bought this as a travel computer. Will not fit my needs.

This one replaces a several years old Asus Zenbook. I like the onboard ethernet port and the fast specs while still keep a light/portable case. Couldn't ask for much more!

The only thing I would change is to make it a tighter keyboard where the buttons "click". But overall a great computer!! And we love the Best Buy membership.

I love that the color of the device looks black instead of gray because I didn’t want gray. Everything works smoothly. My only con is that it isn’t touch screen.

Set up service by Geek Squad was also excellent. Product was delivered when promised. Programs and data were transferred in a timely manner. So far, as I just got this, am very satisfied!
