Very nice computer so far. This one replaces a several years old Asus Zenbook. I like the onboard ethernet port and the fast specs while still keep a light/portable case. Couldn't ask for much more!

I really like this computer. It a great value for the money. The only thing I would change is to make it a tighter keyboard where the buttons "click". But overall a great computer!! And we love the Best Buy membership.

I bought on sale. Great price on a very good laptop. Also got the Best BUY protection. So far very Happy.

Does everything I ask of it. I use it primarily for games. I do not play the high tech games out there but the ones I do play run smooth and as expected.

This is my first OLED screen and it hasn’t disappointed me. I love that the color of the device looks black instead of gray because I didn’t want gray. Everything works smoothly. My only con is that it isn’t touch screen.

Great entry-level beast of a machine and runs well for moderate gaming and other game design but the cpu temp and fan tend to run high when pushing it.

I’m very pleased with how it feels, as I am particular about the sensations of using a keyboard. I like that it has a number pad.

Danielle at Evanston IL store was very friendly and competent. Set up service by Geek Squad was also excellent. Product was delivered when promised. Programs and data were transferred in a timely manner. So far, as I just got this, am very satisfied!

Not my first ASUS computer will not be my last. Easy setup. Bought it for a friend was ready to keep it.

***Reviewer's Note: A more colorful, expletive-laden title would have been much more appropriate if only it were allowed. Apparently Bestbuy.com is a family-friendly website LOL.*** This laptop was purchased 3 months ago as my workhorse work PC to replace a 7 year old Dell i7 that - while still viable - is aging out of it's usefulness and dependability. It was time to 'upgrade' and I was looking forward to the updated processing power and modernization of a new machine. Unfortunately, I would have been better served to stick with the old machine. Even more unfortunate, it's too late to return this device. Pros: It turns on... sometimes you have to press the power button several times. Or a certain way. Or the power supply needs to be unplugged. But if you're patient, you can get this device to power up with enough persistence. Sadly, that's the only good thing I can say about this. Cons: Price. Not that the price is unfair mind you. $900 is a very fair price for a fully functional, modern machine with an i7 processor and a dedicated video card. Except the 'fully functional' part isn't actually a thing. Upon waking, the second monitor plugged directly into the unit doesn't turn on. The unit has to be power cycled in order to get the second monitor to show up. It usually doesn't wake up from sleep mode. The power button has to be held down for what seems like minutes before it finally power cycles. That's the only way to resolve this. As such, all power saving modes have to be disabled or it's a hassle every time. The screen saver often just freezes randomly. Getting this device to connect to a Bluetooth headset is a challenge. Wait - check that. Getting it to connect isn't usually an issue... but actually getting it to play sounds is another story. It will show as connected - but good luck actually being able to find and select the device from the menu. I guess this is a luxury feature Asus didn't think their customers would find valuable. I could go on and on about how inferior this machine is compared to my old Dell. I guess my expectations were rather high having been spoiled by a machine that actually works. The bottom line is this thing is so glitchy and infuriating I'm going to replace it as soon as my technology budget resets in the next fiscal year.

I'm extremely happy with this laptop! It has copilot and does so many things that I'm still learning about.

Everything was good but there is a smell of the laptop when is on for a bit.

My son is enjoying his new computer but he says that the battery dies fast and it is not touch screen.

Product has excellent screen colors. Excellent for work needing accurate color rendering.

It feels clumsy and bulky. I downgraded from the previous touchscreen that i had and definitely miss it.
