Fans Turn on at Startup

Geek Squad gave me another, same thing. Geek squad gave me a 3rd. Guess what happened? I contacted ASUS direct. Still working on the problem. BTW, the fans turn on when you first turn it on so the computer is not hot. Great computer when the fans are not running.

Wifi bandwidth keeps reducing randomly (on this device only) and it seems many of the hardware drivers are faulty.
