Bought it for the OLED screen and the screen has been great with vibrant colors and gets very bright. 16 GB RAM is a little low but for my common needs of browsing and watching videos it's sufficient and for the price I got it for as open-box this is a steal.

The oled screen is extremely vivid makes me want an oled monitor aswell and the laptop does well at so much more then just the file transfers and the microsd is very convenient its an all around great laptop that is very well priced especially with the sale that i purchased on

Top notch OLED display and excellent battery life.

I like everything about it. It's got no issue it's light weight

(1) If I unplug the charger cable and the laptop is on battery power, sometimes I need to press the power button multiple times and hold it down for a long time to turn on the device. This problelm occured a few days after I got it. (2) When I turn on the device, the page for entering the "PIN" doesn't appear. (3) My PC screen goes black after resuming from sleep mode. (4) The tech support in Jaimai is the worst I have ever experiences. I called 5 times for help about the above issue. On two occations, the technicians hung up on me after I described the issues. Another time, a technician told me to contact Microsoft about the PIN page issue. Another time, a female technician asked me to close and open the lid mutiple times. I told her the PIN page issue was not an everyday issue, it had occured several times after I got the PC. And I didn't have that problem the day I called her. She's very impatient and asked me to call back when I had the problem.

It takes a bit of time to get used to Windows 11 after using Windows 10 for a long time but I am getting there; beside it is a pleasure not to work with my old laptop who had gotten very sluggish!

This model is good, not great. Have had ASUS laptops for 10 years. This model has great features, but the keyboard and function keys don't provide the utility of my previous model. Speed and capability is good. Like all PCs, setting it up is time consuming.

Very happy with my new computer! It was easybto set up and is working peefectly as I wanted it to. It was a surprise that it wasn't touch screen enabled, but I am afjusting to that!

So far so good. Touchpad is better than my former laptop but still not as good as a Mac but I am a PC person, More accurate so far would be 4 1/2 stars

Very disappointed that battery life went from an average of 14 hours, to just 4 hours very recently... after only 5 months of owning the laptop. It's possible the battery suddenly went bad, but more likely it's some software problem. The battery life was the number one feature of this laptop, and the main reason for purchasing. Have already tried lowering screen brightness, setting best power efficiency mode, removing all unnecessary startup apps, running diagnostics in MyAsus app, and BIOS/UEFI diagnostics but nothing fixes it. Until this is fixed, I cannot recommend this laptop or brand to anyone.
