I've had it for about a month now and no problems emerged. People talked about the display lighting of the laptop being too dark, but I've never really countered any situations where this becomes a problem. Overall, I would definitely recommend it to others. (Did I mention this comes with stickers?

The fingerprint ID is great, much better than Face ID. I wish memory could be upgrade but, 8GB ram is good and I purchased an external 2TB solid state storage drive wish is wonderful. It’s perfect for me.

Excellent build quality and battery life so far. The 11th generation Intel i5 is more than capable of handling anything you throw at it. Great value for the price. I love the quick startup time of less than 7 seconds.

Do Not Purchase

Geek Squad ruled out the adapter and packed the laptop up to return to Asus for repair on Feb 22. I purchased a Lenova at Best Buy same day as I could not do without. Package with Asus was lost by UPS. Not Best Buy's fault but I need a refund on this laptop and no one has reached out to me to resolve this matter despite mutliple phone calls and promises that a rep from the store will do so. Please help, Best Buy, and call your customer!
