Easy to set up and a very good price. Not terribly proficient but had no trouble getting downloads and started using within an hour.

This is a budget laptop and as expected feels and runs like one. So far no complaints other than it feels cheap and the battery life is not great (not bad, but could be better).

Bought this laptop as a replacement for my wife's older Asus, wow I was surprised at how light it was, but more importantly how fast it is. Great buy for the money, no question.

It's a great laptop does what it's supposed to do great for surfing the web. I use it mainly for uploading my photos and backing up my cell phone and I got it for a great price

Although I had some set up issues initially and had to get tech support help to get the laptop working appropriately, once resolved it's been a great product and easy to use.

Bought this for my 10yr old son...he uses it for gaming, Skype, browsing the internet and it works great. If you're not looking for anything fancy then this will do just fine.

No prblem except that at least once a day . I have to keep shutting computer off due to no internet access it says. When i shut it off and then start again it works fine

I bought this computer for my sister. Hers had quit working and could not be repaired. She loves this one. It is very fast and easy to use. She is like me and now only uses a computer for entertainment and simple things such as email. We like to share our grandchildren's pictures and there is a lot of storage available for all of them.

Nice inexpensive computer. Bought mine online and picked up in store. Would recommend for high school or college student.

Bought this basic laptop just for news weather and gaming. Have only had it a few days but it seems to do the job. Hopefully will not have to return it for any issues

This laptop is good for browsing and watch movies. But if you're going to install bunch of softwares and save a lot of data in the laptop, then the laptop slows down.

I absolutely LOVE this laptop! It was really time for an upgrade from my old one, about 5 yrs old. It's lighter weight than the older one, it's faster, and the windows 10 is a nice surprise. Easy peasy. I was worried bc it usually takes me a while to 'get the hang of it'. Not with this. It does exactly what I needed it for which is my kids homeschool and many things I didn't need or expect.

Got it in sale. Great price and product!!! customer service as great--we were in and out within 15 minutes for what we thought was going to be a whole day affair

Bought it for my daughter for school for the price and what she needs for it ya cant go wrong. Not a work horse of a laptop but its sufficient for everyday use.

Though it serves my purposes, this was a rush purchase. It runs a bit slow and is always disconnecting from the internet.

It's not bad for Internet use. It's a test drive for a teenager, if he can take care of it then he'll get a better one. Love the brand and it was a good price.

This 15.6" laptop is amazingly light and is great for traveling. It was purchased to be a used as a spare laptop for friends or family that came over. It is powerful enough for most task such as web surfing, watching movies and preparing documents. It is not good for watching movies outdoors as the screen is very reflective and does not get bright. With that said, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to a friend who is using it for gaming, edit photos, music or videos.

I really like the computer for me there is only two things a longer battery life would be nice and an indicator to say that I have caps on.

Went to Best Buy on a mission to find a new computer. Saw this in the open box/clearance section I had bought it and walk out the store, but when I was in my car something did not seem right. I opened the box and found a different computer than what was advertised. Needless to say I walked back into the store and got a refund as Best Buy did not have the computer for the price I paid. Word to the wise check the box and computer from the the open box/clearance section before purchase it seems that employees put the wrong computers into boxes at time. Honest mistakes do happen tho.
