Not going to lie, I was a little skeptical at first, because I had looked at other websites reviews for this computer. (Even Asus themselves) And everywhere kept telling me different older specs for the computer! I found out Best Buy forgot to add the -B14 at the end of this model name. After that I trusted this page and found out a bunch of computers that had similar specs were in the 1k's! I am very happy with my purchase, I mostly use this PC for video editing or for school since my college doesn't really like me using my MacBook Pro. If you game and want ultra settings, probably best getting a desktop with a dedicated graphics card, because this integrated Intel HD 630 graphics card is really good, but it won't play recent released games too well or at all.

Was looking for a computer with speed, storage and power without breaking the bank. This is it have had it for a few months and love it!!!!! Great Buy overall!

Purchased this computer in Aug. Works very fast however after 2 months, it developed a loud clicking noise that is very annoying. Am taking the computer back to Best Buy hopefully it can be repaired otherwise, its a big hassle. Disappointed.

I did look at some of the reviews for this unit and others, and I ultimately liked this one because of the solid state drive for the start up and I am very pleased that I did, I am not some extraordinary computer user , so this is perfect for me! I do my business documents, photos, online streaming and shopping and a lot of surfing. I especially like the wireless connectivity for WIFI, one less wire and don't have to be next to the router or modem.

It is a good computer for only work even tho sometimes i can hear the fan accelerating and making a little noise, but if you gonna use it for work like microsoft related is fine, but dont think in upgrading the power supply is a 350 and its only expandable to 16gb of ram so maybe you can add more ram , but anything else video card or another hard drive will requiere for you to also buy another power supply

HDMI output is noisy, and often fails to generate output to my monitor. Not consistent, so probably a heat issue. Now I have to go buy a graphics card. Frustrating

Read the reviews and should have heeded them. Received computer and hooked it up and it started with the ASUS, the incredible on the screen, with the loading symbol turning, then the screen turned gray and that was the end of it. Tried several times with the same effect. Called ASUS and they said it was Best Buy's problem and was hung up on by the rep. Sending it back with the help of Best Buy, which was very helpful. No more ASUS products for me.

I bought this Desctop and my GPU wont fit i dont have the pic-e slot and the power voltage is low so dont try to upgrade this PC it only good for office/home desctop
