mouse does not work as stated,won't turn off

Operating system not updated

Manager corrected that. Then operating system not updated wanted to charge me $150 to fix it!!! Waived after told 3 weeks old. Then sold WRONG warranty!!! Its an all in one. Very unhappy with this product. Again NEW!! You have to bring whole thing in everytime.

Disappointed

I thought the problem had gone away on its own the second day. Almost a month later I continued having problems. I called customer service and they weren't able to help and Best Buy wouldn't take it back. Good thing i purchased extra warranty. I will never again buy an ASUS.
