Customers are saying

Customers appreciate the Zen AiO's touch screen and ease of use, frequently praising its user-friendly design and responsive interface. Many also find the price point reasonable and the picture quality satisfactory for everyday use. However, some customers express disappointment with the lack of a CD drive and report occasional issues with the mouse and keyboard. The slow boot-up time associated with the hard drive is another recurring concern.

We've had the computer for about eighteen months. It worked well out of the gate, but began showing fatigue through lagging within about six months. By a year and a half, we're visiting Geek Squad. :-( For $750, that shouldn't be the case, IMO.

    Wow...

My initial goal was to buy either a laptop or desktop that would make it easy to set up a second monitor so that I could have two working areas at once. Well, I saw this and decided to give it a try. Could not be more pleased that I did. The screen is large enough that I can have two things (e.g., documents, websites) up side-by-side and they aren't too small to work effectively with. Now I won't have to mess with a second monitor. Plus, this all-in-one really has a solid, quality feel all throughout. Even the packaging it came in was very thorough and well-thought out. A friend of mine who knows computers recommended ASUS, and I think he was right...

Hard Spec's Say its a SSD Drive, It's Not.

The Hardware Specs on this say SSD, its a HDD. So you will most likely need to replace drive with something useful. It has a 1TB, HDD at 5400 RPM, and it performs SUPER SLOW, with the OEM drive in the unit. Toss a SSD drive in it and you're golden.

    Complete Lemmon out of box

Maybe this is a nice all in one, but unfortunately I would not know. Mine was complete trash out of the box. Something as simple as opening a Web page took several minutes despite 30 mbps Internet speed. Terrible product.
