The pop up camera is a great feature especially for Zoom meetings, it’s very convenient. Great solid state, lots of storage 1TB! Desk space saver sound is good quality and the screen is beautiful. Love this computer.

This one is so much lighter and easier to move if necessary. The only draw back is that all of the usb ports are on the back...not very convenient when you want to use a flash drive.

The day after I looked at it ( but didn't buy it) it dropped $150.00. Went up the next day and bought it. The people at best buy were great to work with and the computer is great.

I had a laptop, and was searching for a desktop/tower to manage my radio and associated programs. My plan changed when I looked at this computer. Great all around computer.

Everything you need for a desktop computer in a compact all in one. Only con so far is the camera sometimes doesn't work for video conferencing and needs restarted.

Computer works great, is easy to use and fast. Touch screen is sharp and vibrant. Product physical dimensions among the best available in 24" AIOs.

Only drawback is lack of internal CD reader/writer that is easily corrected with an external USB CD reader/writer.

I think this is one of the better computers I've owned. Fan is very quiet even when under heavy load.

I had the Geek Squad out and so far the problem appears to be corrected.

ASUS Desk Top Computer

This one was a box item that had been returned but the Geek Squad said they checked it out and everything was fine. I became leery right off the start when it seemed the fan was louder than normal. I then got a few error messages and it froze up once so I decided then and there I was returning it. Best Buy took it back with no problems (I was within my 15 day window) and I purchased a Lenevo desk top.

Unsurprisingly, the good things you heard is a reflection of how good is the product is. I do understand your concern about the fan noise, error messages and system freeze issues you have experienced. It is normal for the fan to spin at full-throttle and generates noise louder than normal while the unit is under heavy load, especially during the initial WINDOWS setup and WINDOWS Update installation. When system resource utilization is high, this will generate more heat than normal and tends to trigger the fan to spin at full-throttle and noise will be louder than normal. It does decreases or normalizes once utilization goes down. The error messages and system freeze will usually go away after a WINDOWS Update completed.
