However, now I think the speaker isn't working like it use too!!!!!

They have never got back to me in the 5 months I've contacted them. Now it is out of warranty. Great price for hardware but they don't stand by their products because they won't respond to 4 requests for warranty I've submitted to them. In the market for a new laptop and guess what brand I'm not buying? ASUS!

I purchased 8/1/19 but did not open box till the end of October as I was out of town. It's first trip to Geek Squad was around mid November. Has been taken to Geek Squad 3-4 times and the issue always returns. They say they can't find anything wrong. They say I cannot exchange it and said the manufacturer will not accept it as a return. This computer is useless to me based on what I use a computer for.
