This one came out as the best for the money according to consumer reports. No bloated software like the other brands. I read several complaints about the noise level from the internal fans. I found the fan noise to be minimal. I like the fact that it doesn’t take up a lot of space, but you get a powerful computer at the same time.

Ended up having to buy an external DVD player. Also, have had issues with Office 365 on the ASUS. Like the large monitor. I use 2 monitors at a time and have not quite figured out how to make my new ASUS the primary monitor. The ASUS monitor's color is so much better than my older AOC monitor and I especially like that it does not have a thichfram around it like the AOC monitor does. Sleek!

poor quality and poor customer service

Within the first few months of owning the machine I had to mail it back to ASUS twice, yes twice, to have the mother board replaced both times. The first time was realitiavely easy the 2nd time I had to haggle with them to get the repair done for no charge for the shipping. This computer has a very loud fan that runs at a high rate a speed almost all of the time--this starting happening more after the 2nd motherboard was installed but ASUS claimed it was normal and would not repair it. So about two weeks ago, low and behold, the bearings on the fan are going out and of course my computer is just a couple weeks out of warranty and ASUS refuses to fix the problem. And now this morning I turned the computer on and the WIFI card is not working!!!! This machine has been nothing but a headache and poorly built from day one with poor custumer service from ASUS. It is only 13 months old but it has already become a boat anchor. If you read these reviews you will notice a couple others that have listed very similar problems to what I have exerienced. My suggestion: run away from ASUS and if you need an All In One machine purchase it from a different manufacturer. ASUS customer service: I see you have replied to a few other complaints on this page. The latest case number assigned to me was N190855213. I would welcome a reply offering to fix the fan and WIFI problems free of charge.
