    My old laptop became very slow, even for email. I went into the store. At the first greeting I said "I want to kill my computer." The young man directed me to an associate who asked me a few questions. She then showed me three different solutions. She also offered me one year interest free financing. Within 20 minutes I headed toward the door with a big smile on my face and a new computer under my arm.
