It's so unbelievably slow that it takes 2 minutes to load a webpage. The fan sounds like it's going to explode. The sound cuts out within 10 minutes every time I boot it up. I've uninstalled, reinstalled all drivers, applications, etc. ASUS warranty is GARBAGE. If you buy it from Best Buy, ASUS warranty doesn't actually mean anything, they'll just direct you to Best Buy, and Best Buy won't do anything about it unless it's under the accidental damage plan (i.e., not naturally occurring hardware issues from a poor product). I got this because my 7 year old laptop was getting old and slow, and after 5 weeks I have no choice but now to go back to my 7 year old laptop. Biggest waste of money I've ever spent (and I once put $1000 on red at a craps table).

I play hearthstone on it and it runs really well. I've yet to play Wow but I'm assuming it will work fine. For the price it's a really good buy b

The only downside is that updates sometimes don’t go properly through. I’ve lost access to Bluetooth, my camera, audio and other features because of updates. After a restart they work fine. Yet it is annoying at times. Overall a nice laptop that gets the job done. Excellent for students on a budget. Also seems durable so far I’ve had it for 6 months.

The FHD+ OLED touch is superb and unbeatable for models of its class, and I got it on great sale during thanksgiving. Everything just works superb on this laptop, thanks ASUS and BestBuy.
