It’s the best a never used before. It’s a excellent laptop

Good laptop for both school and gaming (nice battery life).

Great laptop, no major issues aside from thermal paste which needed to be changed. Issue was covered by warranty.

I like the overall form factor and design. The Intel processor sometimes struggles to keep up. However, the OLED display and the built-in Dolby Atmos support make it a good machine for entertainment and light coding.

Bang for the buck laptop! Never heats up and with the display it has, its perfect for bingewatching! Fast, thin, quiet, comfortable to use anywhere!

This thing is just awesome. It has facial recognition software that allows you to use your face as the password. Super vibrant colors on the OLED display. The touchscreen interface works flawlessly. I could not recommend this product nany more at the price point.

nice colors and screen. Keyboard is a little strange (big letters) after working on normal keyboards. So far it is work well and overall size is great for moving around and travel.

Excellent display and speed! Exceeds all of our expectations!

I Purchased this initially as an open box, but after some stability and WiFi problems I decided to exchange it for a new one. I got the new one home, and the setup went significantly better. I got through the initial setup, ran system and windows updates, Updated the Bios, and began installing my applications. While using AC power everything appeared to be good, however when I switched to Battery power it began experiencing the same problems as the open box. It locked up solid to the point that the curser wouldn't even move across the screen. I had to hard boot the laptop to get it to be usable again. Once again when it booted up wifi would be detected but wouldn't connect. This would eventually connect once left to idle for ~1-2 minutes. I reached out to support using the My Asus app and while chatting with Asus support the laptop crashed again (no curser movement, clock stopped, just a complete crash). I tried to reconnect to chat after rebooting and couldn't get through. Asus did send an email with a phone number and case number, however when calling it sounded like they would pickup, but nobody was there. I sat that way for over 10 min until the call was ended. I love the style, the size, and how light this computer is, however with the stability problems I don't think this is a very practical computer for most people.

You just can’t buy a better mid level laptop for less! Very satisfied with the product so far. Wish they still had the same sale on now. I’d buy one for my GF.

Good display, but cannot over ride Asus color profile presets. OLED display offers perfect black levels, and hardware does a great job on everyday tasks. Do not expect gaming performance, except on undemanding games. Keyboard has a good action, and track pad is responsive. Sound is adequate, and what can be expected from tiny laptop speakers.
