Has buzz noise.

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Wanted to keep this laptop, but it has an electrical buzz or crackling noise coming from underneath the laptop, and you can hear it when it is quiet around you. It also gets louder when you use the laptop while charging. Seems like it's pretty common due to other reviews. Couldn't stand the noise and had to return it. Got a Lenovo laptop instead with no issues.

Now access any services is unavailable. Very disappointed its so difficult to use new laptop technology, even though I have been using laptops at work and home for decades.
