( i have exhausted browser and device settings and system updates).

Not worth the buy

I would not recommend buying since you can't upgrade the ram and once you start running multiple browers as well as apps, it is super slow. It is constantly getting stuck spinning and you need lots of patience. Love the brand but this one is for the trash.
