The ASUS Zenbook 14, overall, is quite an impressive laptop especially for its price point. The color we got, Jasper gray, makes it look nice and sleek. It’s also pretty light so it’s not a burden to carry around. The feel of the keyboard is also nice and quiet so you don’t have to worry about disturbing anyone while banging away on the keys. Saving files and running different apps or softwares are seamless because of its 512 GB SSD and an Intel Core Ultra 5 Series 1 as its processor. Moving between windows and apps is fast and without any noticeable lags. Since it’s a touchscreen, having a two-in-one laptop is convenient especially when it comes to presentations. Not only does it have a touchscreen, but the screen is OLED. The quality of the videos is amazing, and there’s no lag or glitch even when watching sports. Mind you, I try to make sure that the videos I watch are in 4K. I’m pretty surprised with the fact that though the graphics card might not be a high-end one, it still performed pretty well. Since this laptop has an OLED screen to provide us with an excellent experience visually, ASUS decided to partner up with Harman Kardon to provide the laptop with great audio. I tried putting the speakers to max volume, and it was very LOUD and clear. Watching videos and movies on this should be a pretty good experience considering the decent audio & an OLED screen. If there are things this device can improve on to give me a better impression, it’s the number of inputs such as USB slots. Though I do have a set up that requires more inputs than usual and had bought a separate USB multi port hub, I believe everyone can benefit if this laptop was built with more inputs. Also, though the audio could be loud without compromising the quality, I’ve heard other laptops with better audio quality. Overall, the ASUS Zenbook 14 is a very good laptop for its price point. It may not be the créme de la créme of laptops, but I’m glad I got it. The issues I mentioned can be fixed by buying accessories. Other than that, it’s a solid laptop.

This laptop is very lightweight and portable. The Intel Ultra 5 handles internet browsing and listening to music quite well which were my primary tasks during evaluation. The touchscreen is responsive and easy to use. The Harmon Kardon speakers are a bit disappointing as any sound outside of mid range falls flat. I tested the speakers with a variety of music including Metallica, Evanescence, Mad Season, as well as orchestral pieces and found that anything with heavy bass or high notes did not express well. That said it does play music fairly well, but not something I would recommend to an audiophile. As this is a windows 11 machine, you are required to have a Microsoft account to log in or create one if you don't have one already. The unit arrived uncharged, but reached full capacity within a few hours and showed that it had about 13 hours run time available. The backlit keyboard has adequate brightness and the screen brightness is more than adequate without being turned all the way up. At the darkest setting the screen is still legible. Buyers should note this ships with Windows 11 Home so if you need to connect to a network domain, you will need to upgrade to Windows 11 Pro for a fee from Microsoft. The compact size would allow this laptop to fit into a large purse or small laptop bag. The cord is very compact as well with USB C charging and 3 ports as well as an HDMI port.

The ASUS - Zenbook 14 OLED 14" FHD Touch Laptop is literally my favorite laptop to use at the moment. It is capable of handling my computing needs. I do IT support and have used lots of different laptops, but this is my favorite compared to all the others. It is definitely sleek, compact, thin, and lightweight! It's like having a laptop in a tablet size and weight! Honestly I don't know where to start, with the positives of the ASUS - Zenbook 14 OLED 14" FHD Touch Laptop. The OLED touchscreen is so clear and bright with vivid images and videos. You can log on various ways with this laptop as with other ones. My favorite is facial recognition. The audio by Harmon Kardon is very clear bright even at max volume, with clippin or distortion. It handles all my web surfing and work related processes without any lag. If I were to choose a favorite reason for the ASUS - Zenbook 14 OLED 14" FHD Touch Laptop, would be it's lightweight and portability, hence it's now my go to laptop. If there was a "possible" future negative is "maybe" durability? BUT I can't comment on that at the time, so I hope it won't be an issue. The build quality seems very well put together! Asus makes really attractive technology. In the market where ideas and new products are constantly being "upgraded" and forced fed up upon us consumers for instant gratification, one brand starts to resemble another brand.What caught my attention on this Asus Zenbook with Windows 11 was the OLED active screensaver that didn't resemble anything that I've seen on other laptops. Now, I'm not a huge Windows fan, but the aesthetics and color of the Zenbook were irresistible to keep my hands off. The trackpad is really responsive, keyboard has a nice back light. Of course, this is a touch screen, but not one of my primary reasons for the purchase. And call me old old fashioned, I don't test battery life, the laptop stays plugged in when I'm using it. Now, moving onto actual performance, I mentioned that I'm not a huge Windows fan because it seems super bloated coming out of the box, and that slows things down. Experience has taught me what I can delete as far as unwanted apps, what I can do to increase boot speed, also minimize memory and power consumption. Once I have these tasks checked off, I'm satisfied and can enjoy my purchase.

I bought this during President's day sale. It's a great laptop overall. Core Ultra 5, beautiful stunning OLED touchscreen, quality design and build, fairly recent 2024 model. It was well responsive with Netflix, prime video, amazon music, Spotify, all running at the same time, and brwosing. It performed well. I didn't do any video editing or gaming. Performance was acceptable. HOWEVER, I just couldn't get over the 8 GB RAM limitation. I ended up returning it for a Ultra 7, 16GB, 1TB SSD, intel ARC graphics that was also on sale for $100 more. I works still recommend it for someone who doesn't mind the 8GB memory limitation (handicap down the road?). By the way feel in love with the ultra light and easy mobile laptop and battery life.

Very good laptops compared with the price and ram is wonderful

I bought this laptop on Dec 31 2023. It hasn't even lasted me 6 months before the audio started going bad. Now the right speaker goes off completely and you can barely hear anything from the left speaker. When I took it back in to BestBuy a few days ago they said I would have to pay GeekSquad to fix it or check with the manufacturers warranty
