Great computer. Deliverd fas and on time. Very exciting

I needed a reliable and fast laptop as work from home via telehealth and need a fast and reliable laptop for work. I also go to school full-time and this laptop the first few weeks was a Godsend. Then about the 3rd week…the microphone and video stopped responding to Google Meets, the screen would freeze when typing. When watching a video for a class…the zenbook would close all tabs and unresponsive. Two days later it turned back on and I was behind in my work, my class assignments. Needing this 7 days a week, 18 hours a day this has really frustrated me. The closest best buy is an hour away. I work until the evening and then class and no time to return this. I’m not sure what is going on with this, but if you are someone relying on their laptop for their livelihood… I can not give this the 5 stars. Im debating what to do…buy another and then send back? The set up takes awhile as i am a google gal and not microsoft. Despite downloading google…will try to update and revert back to microsoft edge each time. Google will not work effectively on this. Maybe i have a dud. Will update once i am able to actually speak with someone from support as i purchased the protection.

Amazing computer in general. From the materials used down to the specifications. Battery life amazing. Oled screen amazing.

Nice, economical laptop. I am not a gamer or adobe shop. This is a good laptop for Microsoft Office Suite word documents and research for school. I purchased on sale and happy. The only con is not being 2-n-1.

Awesome laptop! It is very fast and battery last about 2 days without any excessive usage. Besides web browsing and word doc.

Gets very hot! I also wish they advised me to purchase an adaptor to plug in my mouse and printer.

A great, lightweight computer that is perfect for travel or home use. I purchased it to replace an older, smaller Dell which could not be upgraded due to its age. So far I'm very pleased with my purchase!

Great for what we are using it for. The computer battery life is awesome.

I loved that it was so light and the display was beautiful, but with 8 gb of ram it’s not worth getting. Please get the 16gb of ram because when I was using it with 8gb of ram I had one program open and a few tabs in the Microsoft edge browser and it was using 7.0-7.45 of ram out of 16gb. Like really, when I went back to try and get the 16 gb of ram version the sale was over and I just got something else….

Great basic laptop, plenty of horsepower for most office tasks. Very lightweight and looks nice. Perfect as a work computer or for a student.

Bought this new laptop to replace an old Asus that was getting older and slow. Very pleased with this new model. Did have to call support. Had no sound. They took control on line, made some setting changes and it works great now.

Love it. So easy to use and love the touch screen.
