I did end up doing a clean install of Windows 11 to get rid of preinstalled bloat which immediately made the laptop better. I can't speak to longevity as it's only been about a month, but I absolutely love everything about it right now.

Great Product, Bad Service

After a few days, noticed the product hadn't shipped. FedEx said they hadn't received the item. I called BB customer service who resolved the problem and initiated a new shipment. Then I started receiving BB emails that I was going to receive both the initial shipment and the replacement shipment. BB listed this as a "return" and charged me a $4.00 fee - when this was not a return, but a correction for a shipping mistake. I don't think I would ever have received the shipment if I hadn't called BB and reported the problem. There seems to be a poor feedback loop between BB and FE. This transaction wasted about an hour of my time, frustration and unnecessary delay + charged me $4.00. The BB AI Chat is basically worthless and not a substitute for a real person. If you ask a "Tricky Question" the Chat Bot just shuts down with no answer. If the Chat Bot can't answer a question, it should automatically switch the customer to a real person. If BB wants to compete with others like Amazon, they need to improve their order fulfillment system IMHO.
