Very powerful laptop that can even play games. The keyboard and trackpad were nice. I both love and hate the screen. Videos looked amazing but was a little off color and lacked sharpness for everything else.

I bought this laptop to use for work in healthcare. It does the job with mostly no issues, and handles multiple tabs and programs running at the same. Sometimes a bit laggy when switching back and forth, something I wasn't expecting from a brand new laptop. Watching videos and movies are stellar on the OLED screen.

No regrets. It's more than a decent laptop. I was initially going to spring for the Asus Zenbook 14" S model, a little slicker, more higher end and actually more like my older Asus Zenbook Pro 14" circa 2017. But, it's $400 more and probably not worth that.

I purchased an ASUS ZenBook and within just two weeks the sound completely stopped working. After troubleshooting and checking with professionals, it was confirmed that this was not a software issue but a hardware failure.
For a laptop in this price range, this is extremely disappointing. A brand-new device should not have critical hardware problems almost immediately. To make matters worse, I had to spend additional money out of pocket to get it repaired.
Overall, I’m not satisfied with this purchase. I expected reliability and quality from ASUS, and unfortunately this experience fell far short of that.
