It’s a perfect size great response processing and touch functionality , I upgrade the firmware and battery become more durable

No regrets. It's more than a decent laptop. I was initially going to spring for the Asus Zenbook 14" S model, a little slicker, more higher end and actually more like my older Asus Zenbook Pro 14" circa 2017. But, it's $400 more and probably not worth that.

However, the first laptop we received was previously sold to another customer and I was unable to set it up because someone else had Set it up with their name. Making it impossible to actually use the first laptop I received. Finally after several phone calls to the Bee Cave Best Buy I finally received a new unopened laptop! However, the fact that Best Buy’s “sold” me what was in fact a Used Laptop as NEW. was very disappointing! Hope you take action to prevent this happening to any other Best Buy customers!!!!

Solid performer for work and craft projects. Plenty of memory and handles tasks flawlessly.

Its good for asthetics along with its feature if thats what you are looking for!

Great Value perfect size perfect for the go for business or student

So far I’m quite impressed. My first Asus. No problems so far. Primarily docked, but nice to have ability to go mobile. Best Buy screwed up the pricing but after I escalated the issue management figured out how to make it right, which I appreciate.

needed an updated laptop and this meets all exspectations

I have had this for over 2 months now, and it has the power and memory size I wanted in a small package. I have had 4 Dell XPS-13, 1 MSI 13, and a Lenovo 13, all in the past 8 years and by far this is the finest workhorse of all of them.
