    However, the first laptop we received was previously sold to another customer and I was unable to set it up because someone else had Set it up with their name. Making it impossible to actually use the first laptop I received. Finally after several phone calls to the Bee Cave Best Buy I finally received a new unopened laptop! However, the fact that Best Buy’s “sold” me what was in fact a Used Laptop as NEW. was very disappointing! Hope you take action to prevent this happening to any other Best Buy customers!!!!

    Snappy, but the screen leaves a lot to be desired. Love the processor and ram I just hate the low res screen. I can see the pixels at this price I expected 2k or better

    I've bought Asus laptops for years now and update every 4 years or so. This time went to a core i9 and I see the difference for sure. I'd recommend this laptop.

    The speed of the processor was very fast. I ended up returning the laptop because the screen resolution was not compatible for my school necessities.
