Though, take note that the power cord (delivered thru USB-C), is located on the right side of the device and might interfere if you are a right handed external mouse user. If you are a left-handed external mouse user, this is perfect.

I have two external monitors and run at least three software programs simultaneously—great value for the price. With the recent AI add-ons to software, the Zenbook's neural processing unit accelerates AI-based tasks and applications. The touch screen is a bonus.

After troubleshooting and checking with professionals, it was confirmed that this was not a software issue but a hardware failure. For a laptop in this price range, this is extremely disappointing. A brand-new device should not have critical hardware problems almost immediately. To make matters worse, I had to spend additional money out of pocket to get it repaired. Overall, I’m not satisfied with this purchase. I expected reliability and quality from ASUS, and unfortunately this experience fell far short of that.

I literally just took it out of the box, and the right speaker does not work at all. Sound only comes out of the left side, which makes it frustrating and unusable for normal use. What makes this even worse is the response from Geek Squad. Instead of offering a quick replacement for a clearly defective product, they told me it would take 2–4 weeks just to check if it can be repaired. That’s completely unreasonable, especially for something that arrived broken. I rely on this laptop for school, and now I’m stuck without a proper device because of a defect that should have been caught before it was sold. Overall, this has been a very frustrating experience. A brand new laptop should work perfectly out of the box, and customers shouldn’t have to wait weeks to fix a manufacturer defect.
