The one thing that I would criticize is one if the windows "features" where if you set it up for a child in your windows family you can't easily change the timezones. I did find a fix on the windows forums however a person who is not tech savvy would have a very difficult time finding the fix and then implementing it.

It started having Wi-Fi connectivity issues this January. It would drop internet while I’m doing work and it’s so annoyingly unproductive on my end. I’ve had 6 or 7 laptops in a span of 20 years and this I would say this is one of the worst (the other 1 being a refurb Dell back in 2001) if not the worst new PC ever. This morning aside from dropping Wi-Fi issues that it’s been having, it didn’t start even after several attempts of “hard starts”. Since it’s now more than 5 months old, I can’t even return it. To give credit where it’s due—it’s touchscreen is responsive. But it does not have an Ethernet and also only has 1 USB port. My wife doesn’t know a thing about PC so her buying this was definitely a mistake. Now I was told by ASUS that I need to ship it to them for repair with no loaner laptop. Who do I complain about this? Can someone from BestBuy or asus help with this?
