However, the outside build is like a fingerprint magnet. This was alil disappointing.

Do Not Buy This Laptop

A few months after purchase the speakers stopped working and the computer could not recognize a microphone. I tried everything (updates, drivers, factory reset) nothing worked. Sent it in to bestbuy, they replaced the motherboard and the speakers and said it was working. Upon pickup the device could still not play sound. Sent it in once more, supposedly they replaced the motherboard again. Got it back now a month later after this repair ordeal has started and now the device does not recognize the camera. Camera doesn’t even show up in the device manager. I have tried the resets and restoring the bios. Now ASUS wants me to send it to them for repair. This 4 month old laptop has had two motherboard replacements and a speaker replacement already. It is obviously a lemon. This is insane, the laptop is a piece of garbage and so called Zenbook is nothing, but a headache. I want my money back at this point.

Not only are the 12th Gen i5, 8GB of RAM, and 256GB SSD great, but all that with an OLED screen. What more could you ask for? This screen is BRIGHT and VIBRANT. I was hesitant at first because of the price point, but after purchasing I am very happy.

Asus Zenbook rocks!

So far, so good. The OLED screen is great, and the keyboard is fine for what I need. The computer was on sale, making the purchase that much better!!

Very easy to set up and has a built-in calculator on keyboard. The only thing I am not thrilled about is the battery must be charged each night.

One of a few hidden gems I enjoy is the fingerprint scanner- found in the power button. Makes the boot-up process that much faster.

Touchpad is great too. Only knock is because graphics are integrated, can be slow on graphic intensive tasks.

It wasn't. It runs VERY loud, it creaks when it opens, and it feels like it will break half-time. Above that I had around 5 tabs open, and I was running a Zoom call, and it exited me out because it was too much for the computer. 100% regret this purchase, but I'm stuck with it right now.

They love it and its pretty simply to use. Comes at a pretty reasonable price too. Its not the best when it comes to display, speed or battery. But still a solid choice.
