Change screen to fast when I don't cue it. Nice pictures not sure if I like the touch screen

Laptop is great and has an amazing display! However; the battery life does hurt with the OLED :(

An excellent laptop by ASUS. It's not a touchscreen, something I was expecting, but it is a good laptop that does it what it has to do.

Was excited and bought it for school - not a good choice, flimsy, very short battery life, low ram and slow, burns the lap/too hot. Issue 1: The ad on July 4th said touch screen, Best buy shipped a non-touch screen and customer service was unable to understand the issue, even after giving them screen shots. Issue 2: Bluetooth stopped working in (drivers are a problem for win 10 and win 11) Issue 3: gets TOO HOT , Cannot put it on your lap/too HOT, burn warning -- the laptop arrived late, and gets very very hot under normal load. Issue 4: Battery does not last. Issue 5: contrary to original ad. too DELICATE , FLIMSY hinges, flex's/too much, not rugged for school/university kids. Issue 6: only 8 Gb RAM, not expandable, got slow with windows 11

Don’t buy Asus laptops. I had bought 3 laptops. The first one was in 2019, a basic model whoch worked awesome for many years. With same expectations I bought this model and made my brother buy even advanced model for $1200. We were made fools. No body will service this laptop. Asus will take 20-30 days to repair and give back. Once the updates are deployed, you will be destroyed. For no reason mouse pointer will jump on the screen. Automatically all the windows will be closed, your desktop icons will be jumbled around. This happened to both our laptops. I purchased mine in this Bestbuy store and bother bought it in India. Both of ours have destroyed our time and money. We have switched to Apple macbook air. Please trust me don’t by Asus laptops that costs more than $300. Anything below that doesn’t need performance or anything, just a namesake laptop from Asus will work perfectly.

Amazing, i bought on sale and it was a great deal, the oled monitor with the hdr it is more that i was expecting, and works just perfect for what i need to do.

This laptop is awful, simply shockingly awful! I don't know if this device in particular happens to be exceptionally bad or Asus laotops are somehow disonestly overly rated laptops. We have old Lenovo laptops (using Pentium and Celeron processors) in our household that still work better than this piece of garbage. That all being said, I should add that I did purchase this particular asus zenbook on an open-box (excellent) deal, so perhaps it is for this reason that this particular laptop is so bad. I have experienced horrible typing lag issues and have tried every fix under the sun. After a couple months, the sound just died and despite trying various troubleshooting, including calling asus support, the issue was not able to be resolved. here is some driver issue which will simply not update and apparently asus support told me that it is likely an hardware issue from what I describing and would need to be sent in for paid repairs. Furthermore, interestingly, the laptop was already past its warranty since June 2023 (and I only bought it in August of this year). How is Best Buy selling new, open-box laptops past its warranty is another story. My son also happened to purchase this same laptop earlier this month (October) on an open box deal and the screen literally started coming apart in two days. Never seen anything like it. Luckily he was still under the 15 day return policy. So anyone who is reading this review can decide based on my experiences whether to be buy these brand of laptops or not and more importantly, how reliable exactly are Best Buy open-box deals! Everyone in my family is now scared to even buy a new laptop from this store after our recent experieces with this so-called higly rated brand of laptop. Absolutely appalling as no matter how used it was in 15 days, how can two laptops develop so many, major issues that cannot be fixed without professional hardware repair.

Bought 2 of this with 4k screen, but both has issures of the oled screen, one flicking another has very bad backgroud noise , both look defected , have to return to the store ! this oled type laptop has qulity control problem.

Fantastic for the price! Recommend for anyone looking for a cheap laptop
