Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I wish if I can give this laptop less than 1 star That the worst laptop I have seen I bought it as online new laptop I did not opened it and i traveled when I came back I tried to turn it on for the first time and it did not work it took awhile to turn on and it was hot from the back, I called Best Buy that they sent me laptop has damage they refused to return it or to give me a refund. they sent it to the manufactory for repair as refurbished not new laptop.
