    It is a good machine but unfortunately in comparison with my other HP Spectre OLED 4K it falls short. However, if you can live with only 2.8K it would be a great machine.

    Had to replace the first two. The first one had a blown speaker. The second on went blank. So far so good on the third one.

    Take out the plan when you buy ANYTHING!!

    First computer same model died after 4 months, second one I'm holding my breath. Take out the insurance plan or you will be doomed!!

    Had everything needed except a touch screen. Took it back to get one that had the touch screen as we had initially requested.

    BEST LAPTOP SCREEN EVER. OLED really brings out the colors while keeping the blacks extremely accurate. Starts up incredibly fast and runs incredibly smooth.

    It just have 1 usb outlet, the mouse sometimes stucks ( going crazy ). Good thing looks good and it is a computer lol

    If I was just reviewing the display it would be 5 stars on its own. OLED Display is beautiful and honestly the cherry on top of a really solid laptop, An OLED laptop under 600 is really good deal. The only thing tha weighs this PC down is the slightly above average battery. I get about 5-6 hours of screen on time with video streaming. Overall would buy again.

    it's not great. where to begin. poor audio speakers, terrible & i mean terrible battery life. the trackpad calculator is unnecessary and you will turn it on countless times when you have no desire too. has trouble running firefox and photoshop at the same time. and well plus it's a win 11 machine which is enough said. i wish i bought a mac.

      The internal speakers are decent they utilizes Dobly Atmos ausio technology. For better listening pleasure, we recommend using a headset or external speaker system. The numberpad can always be disable if not needed, please allow some time to get use to it. Firefox does work, please ensure Windows is up to date. Photoshop will not run well due to hardware limitations.

    This was purchased for my Grandchild going off to college, the hard drive died after one year of using. Had to buy a new laptop a few months ago, as it was not cost effective to get repaired.
