Battery issues It doesn’t work whatever it showing. Means, when fully charged it is showing, it will run 5 hours but it is going to run out quickly

There's absolutely nothing I can say I dislike about this laptop. Usually at this size the lack of numeric keypad is the main thing that Im not a fan of. Seeing the location i wasn't sure if it wouldn't be in a good ideal or an inconvenience. Its very simple to use and only take seconds to get use to. I am currently a student in college and this has improved my typing speed as well. The speed of it works for my schooling, simple games and watching movies and shows easily. Im aware my internet plays a big part in that also but the start up and shutdown opening apps and updates has been pretty fast especially in comparison to other devices i have. The quality is just as good as stated. My only complaint is probably keeping my daughter off. Which isn't a complaint at all since she can tell the difference in speed of devices at her age. Its lightweight and has held a very good charge on standby and use throughout the day. I don't need the 180° angle much but it's a plus having that option.

Laptop had problems with wifi and bluetooth connectivity after a couple of weeks. Had to return it and get another brand.

Nice display, light weight computer for daily tasks. Multiple ports for various connections. HDMI is really good and also a good combination of USB ports. On paper, the specs might not look very impressive (talking 8GB RAM and 256GB SSD) but you can't feel any lag when using the laptop. OLED display is very sharp and crisp clean. Colors are impressive even though the light could be brighter. No major complains. CPU is impressive. Working nice under load and can take some loads. Supportable noise... Battery life is not bad. It started acting better after third charge. I like the touch pad idea from Asus. Win11 is handling every thing smoothly. I'd recommend it for portable daily computer use when you need something a little bit more than a notebook without the extra pounds. Using it for a while now. Just working fine. Be patient with the updates and try to let the windows taking some time to arrange everything before using it. I left it running for a night updating. Bluetooth and WiFi work very well. Range is impressive and speed as well. Good integration with my Android phone (i know it is a windows thing) but i think it is nice to have and mention. Price might be a bit on the high side but you have the premium feeling.

Opening the box was something special- the laptop lifted from the space as the box opened. A very nice touch. This is the i5 Zenbook 14inch. Very conservative looking with a stylish design on the top. Feels solid and well built. 90Hz screen refresh enables a vibrant screen which was crisp and bright. It is NOT touch screen but the computer is responsive and the track pad has a built in light up calculator and great feel. Weight was good, not the lightest but acceptable. The power button doubles as a fingerprint sensor but set up was not the easiest. It took a few tries but finally it seemed to work. It has 2 USB-C ports, HDMI output, headphone jack and USB output. Sound quality was good (it has dolby sound). The keys are comfortable and has a good feel. I used the computer on a video call, and picture quality was excellent as well as sound and mic. The screen is very adjustable but limited to 180degress which is expected since it is not touch screen as per a tablet. I've carried this laptop around the past few days, and really like it. I am still getting use to Windows 11 which it has preloaded. I can't think of anything negative except maybe I wish it was touch screen, but do I really use that often!

No sound of any kind neither on the internal speakers nor headphones connected on Bluetooth after 6 month of gentle use.

I have mixed feelings about the Zenbook OLED. The laptop is quite incredible for many reasons, this is Professional/Business laptop that Asus managed to squeeze into an notebook-sized laptop. It's impressive to have such a lightweight laptop that is THIS powerful. The obvious strength of this laptop is the screen. Personally I am a photographer who does print physical prints and this would be my first Pantone verified laptop monitor. It truly is a stunning display for editing. But it's also great for any type of marketing or projects where colors are important. The Microphone/Webcam quality is great for business meetings and client calls. Even in busier environments. And the sound quality is great for reviewing music, videos, and movies. All of these highlights can also be enjoyed for personal use as well though. Watching movies, playing less graphic heavy video games, listening to your favorite music. Pros: Stunning Screen Quality 2880 x 1800 OLED Resolution (16x10 ratio!) Pantone Verified Very Bright Display Full size Keyboard Smart Numpad on the trackpad Super fast WiFi Lots of ports (USB, USB C, HDMI) Incredible Sound quality Cons: Very loud Very hot The redeeming quality of this heat is that the exhaust vents are on the side of the laptop, not the traditional "back" so you can use this comfortably on your lap without blocking air flow. But you will still feel the heat.

I got this laptop on sale for $600 and at that price the value is INSANE. Even at regular price I think it would be a fantastic value. What I like for my laptop is a good screen, good build quality, something aesthetically pleasing and good battery life. This device delivers all of that expect for battery life. The Screen: Crisp, rich, smooth and bright. This is the first high(ish) refresh rate screen I have used and its so nice to not have ghosting when scrolling or moving the mouse quickly. I also have not noticed any negative characteristics at low brightness levels, and it also gets super dim for comfortable viewing when in an otherwise dark room. The tall aspect ratio makes it possible to multitask very well, and the OLED makes viewing full screen video much more pleasing with black bars on top and bottom that are actually black. Watching high res videos is a pleasure. Keyboard: layout is fantastic, typing experience is above average but probably not best in class. my only complaint is that I cannot find a setting to adjust how long it takes the backlighting to turn off after a last input. The fingerprint reader is excellent, pressing the power button when the device is shut down will unlock the device upon waking is really nice. Performance: I am not a power user so I have not pushed the system to its limits. Handles basic tasks and multitasking very well in my use but does run warm most of the time and the fan comes on often but usually not above a medium level as long as there is good airflow under the device. Battery: Battery life is the weak point of this device. The pixel dense, high refresh screen running at 90hz at high brightness combined with a power hungry chip means below average battery life, 6 hours maybe unless you bump it down to 60hz and run a low brightness you can maybe stretch above 7 hours. Build: Im very happy with the build. Feels like entry level luxury. Minimal flex on the keyboard deck, the screen is more flexy though. Device creaks a bit when you hold it and torque it a bit. Hinge is one hand openable and tuned well. Design is sleek. Overall this is not a flawless device but for the price I am so happy with what Ive got. Hopefully it lasts a good while without issues.

I received this item for free from Best Buy in exchange for my honest review of the product. I was in desperate need of a laptop from this decade (let's be real - this century) for work, and this one fits the bill perfectly! It is lightweight, small enough to carry around to appointments but not too small that it is non-functional, and the battery life is excellent! I mostly use it for typical office use - Chrome, Microsoft Office, and Zoom (occasionally). I've been testing out the battery life, and I'm able to get a full day's work/use without needing to charge it, leave it on the charger overnight, and unplug it when I get into the office, and have yet to need to charge it during the day! The sound and video for Zoom are pretty typical for a laptop, and better than the older USB webcam connected to by desktop at work. The only downside I found to using Zoom on the computer is it is a battery hog, and did deplete my battery by quite a bit, but since I really only used Zoom on it to test the sound and video quality, I'm not worried about that. Really the only thing I didn't like about it was that there was no paperwork other than warranty paperwork included with the computer, which isn't a huge issue since Windows can set itself up, but for those who expect it, just know it is not included. Oh, one thing that I DID have difficulty in while setting up the computer was locating the fingerprint sensor (which is why I was looking through the paperwork for the computer) - it is the power button! Long story short, great computer! I did not try any gaming or anything with much in the way of graphics, so I can't speak to that, but if you are looking for a solid computer for every day tasks, this is perfect for that purpose!

I've been using this laptop for general purposes, browsing, mail and streaming videos. It performs each task admirably. The 12th generation Core I-5 processor is more than capable for smooth streaming. The wifi 6-e adapter provides a solid and fast connection. The Iris-xe graphics do an excellent job of rendering the graphics, and is robust enough for light gaming. The display is spectacular. although it is not a full 4-K display, it is sharp, vivid and with an available 90 Hz refresh rate, presents smooth motion. I have used it to display 4-K video on youtube and the images are breathtaking. The laptop is solid, with the aluminum chassis that the Zenbooks are known for. The design is simple and classic, taking a cue from Japanese design elements. its one shortcoming is that it tends to be a fingerprint magnet. I love the 14" form factor. It's the perfect travel laptop. It's clear and easy to read screen and compact size makes it perfect to take with you wherever you go. The keyboard is the perfect size and typing on it is quick and accurate. I love the numberpad, briefly touching the upper right corner of the touchpad will enable a number keypad, perfect for data entry. It works smoothly and doesn't impact on the touchpad itself.
