The ASUS Zenbook 14" Laptop - with AMD Rysen 5-8GB Memory, NVIDIA GeForce MX350 - 256GB SSD in light gray was my first Laptop purchase. The staff at Best Buy were very helpful in answering my questions for what I was looking for and what was in stock to get asap. It is lightweight and can fit into a large purse, so easy to carry. My first wireless mouse is simple to use and actually faster. The Then the Geek Squad in answering questions and were excellent in downloading what I had on my computer to move to the laptop. Thanks!!

Fast and light. Only issue was hard to see keys as they are same color as unit so I bought a perfect fit to cover them and works great.

The computer is super fast . I love how compact and easy it is to tote . However , I am not a fan of the poor lighting on the keyboard .

Good machine, easy set up. Runs smooth. Machine does not get super hot in my lap. I'll give four out of five. My only beef with this laptop is the keyboard. I'm not a great typer, I look at the keys. However these keys are difficult to see. I only use it for sch but I'm happy with my purchase.

This laptop is great: super fast and nice non-reflecting screen. Only thing: beware of "open package" items from ASUS. Apparently they do not honor 1 year warranty from the date of purchase in contrast to what Best Buy will tell you. Also you can not buy extended coverage (only $99 per year) from ASUS on Best Buy items. This is why it is getting 4/5 stars.

Great compact computer. Fast, easy to use. One "challenge": keyboard is very hard to see. One drawback: only one 2.0 USB port.

Got this during black friday for 500, phenomenal value! Build quality feels great and the wide trackpad relieves the need for a mouse. the screen props up the back end of the laptop for a little bit of angle on the keyboard, and lets the fans do their job better. One thing to note, when I connected a secondary display over hdmi, the fans got really loud for some reason. I read that you can control it with third party software, but recently that issue stopped for me so I didn't pursue it further. Still a 5/5 regardless!

Compact, lightweight laptop that is fast and rugged. I only use it for browsing and emails but it has exceeded my expectations.

I got this laptop for streaming movies, some pc gaming, and for working from home. I don't play a lot of pc games so I don't need anything crazy but it's nice to have a laptop that doesn't crash when I try loading a game up.

Nice, sleek light. Keyboard letters hard to see in low light conditions. Impossible in very low light. Performs very fast.

Very fast boot up, no waiting for much of anything. I’d like to give it 4 ½ stars but not an option. Colors are muted on the screen for photo editing but an external 21 inch monitor fixed that. I’d buy another if needed.

My first ASUS laptop, and very pleased with the quality and performance of the unit. Very easy set-up, comfortable keyboard, letters on keys sometimes hard to see in bright daylight. I mainly use for everyday tasks (shopping, banking, etc.) and am able to navigate quickly with no lag. Overall a good product for the price.

Works fine, but.... I neglected to notice that it only has one USB port. Had to buy an external hub. Also found that the keyboard lights on the letters are dim and invisible in low light, and I'm not a touch typist. Not an ideal situation. But it seems to be powerful, compact and relatively inexpensive.

I wanted a laptop that was quality without costing a fortune. Got this beauty for under $600. It gives me the freedom to work on the computer in any room in the house, so I'm not stuck in the computer room. I have average computer needs, emails, Word documents, letters, search. It's terrific for all these. As a wonderful plus, it comes with Alexa. And even I know that its 8 Gig capacity is impressive for the price. You won't regret buying this one.

Lightweight, good battery life. Not a gaming rig, but enough processing power for general use and Zoom conferences.

This is a fantastic laptop great for gaming or school. Battery life is great, lightweight, and well constructed.
