One drawback is the keyboard lighting. The letters do light up but the letters are still VERY HARD to see. Perhaps a different color than white light would fix this issue.

The only issue we have is the same complaint that others have had about the keyboard, they can be hard to see, but it's only a minor inconvenience. In the dark, we see them just fine.

With the new ryzen CPU in this thing, it runs incredibly fast. Runs well when playing less demanding games.

Bought it for our office conference room to use for video conferencing a well as to play various videos to clients. Needed a windows based machine to minimize codec and playback problems we were having using Macs. So far no problems. The sound and camera are good enough that we don't always use the separate video camera and microphones set up in the conference room. Runs and does everything. Attractive finish, thin and compact. Will give 5 stars if it is as durable and useful as it seems it will be.

Great laptop but with problems

But this laptop for me had problems with the keyboard and screen. When I put this laptop in sleep mode and try to use it again, the keyboard sometime doesn't work or the screen doesn't turn on at all. Forcing me to do a full reboot for the laptop to work again. It unfortunate since I really enjoy this laptop.

Undoubtedly, the laptop is a lightweight, powerful and with amazing screen.
Do understand your concern regarding the unit not waking up from sleep mode. If the unit has been in sleep mode for a long time, the power button needs to be pressed and held down until the unit wakes up successfully. Or, if a recent WINDOWS Update was just installed, the unit will go into a black screen temporarily while updates are being applied in the System Registry. Another solution to try is to shutdown the unit completely by pressing and holding the power button until it power off. Wait for at least 10 seconds then press the power button to power on. Wait until the unit bootup normally into the Home screen.
