Feels like the windows equivalent of a standard Macbook Air to me, including the keyboard and size. Replaced a Macbook Pro with this and have not regretted it at all. :^)

It is a fast, lightweight, and great-looking little laptop. However, there are two issues. One is that the gray print on the silver keys is hard to see, even with backlight keys. The other issue is that when it wakes up from sleep, sometimes the fan would suddenly go to maximum speed and stuck there. I have to turn it completely off and then back on to fix it.

Haven't had a chance to use it to its entirety. Battery life is excellent. Will report more at a later date.

My kids love this laptop, especially for streaming and gaming

Great item for the value and gets the job done. The only complaint I would have is the keys on the keyboard are hard to see.

It's a great laptop with one glaring problem, the buttons on the keyboard are grey and the lettering on those buttons is white, In certain lighting conditions the lettering is nearly invisible and impossible to use.. Note to ASUS.. The buttons should be black and the lettering should be white (or vice versa) but you need good contrast to use it (see apple keyboards) Because of this issue, I returned the laptop

Specs and performance were great. Thermals and keyboard were awful. I returned the laptop

We have purchased this laptop for both children who are taking college level classes. Love the touch screen features. A great laptop for this price point, And it came highly recommended by the staff at Best Buy

This is fast and very compact laptop. My son loves using it. Only this is that we wish it was touch screen.

Decent laptop for the price. It's not the fastest I have used, but the price is right for a low cost laptop.

Love it! It has plenty of space and power for what I use it for. Mainly used for work and off time streaming. I game with it too on the weekends. It’s a pretty graphic taxing game, with no problems.

I am so happy with my new laptop. All meet and exceed my expectations. Big memory, light weight, long life of the battery, that’s all as I requested. I would like to recommend this it to everyone.

Perfect laptop for college, lightweight. Good Price.

This laptop is perfect for what I needed it for. At this point I haven’t used it to much because of health reasons. There is one thing I do not like about it, if it goes into hibernation and you bring it back out you can still surf web but you can not type at all you actually have to do a complete restart to be able to type. Although it restarts very quickly, it is very inconvenient.

This is very thin and light. It also has a powerful cpu and gpu. The price is cheaper than the performance. So valuable.

My college age student is happy with the computer. She had to call Best Buy for direction and they assisted here immediately and she has had no issues.

really great laptop, it’s faster than my old pc. has decent specs, ssd is upgradable, ram is soldered on the board... does have a discrete gpu that i could play some of my old games i have on steam low to medium settings tho for average fps. i would recommend buying this if you’re on a budget or want fast laptop without paying a premium price. i use it mostly for school.

Genuinely surprised how well this thing can handle high end games. Play Final Fantasy XIV on pretty high settings with no lag or latency, and I haven't had other issues with it yet either.

I love this computer it is very light weight compact and easy to use! I bought it for my kids to play Roblox on and other games and it is absolutely perfect! I love how quickly it boots up

Basically, I like it. Problem: why make the keys so light that there are unreadable. I am so tired of having to type, back up and retype because I cannot see the letters. Fine for people who touch-type, but I do not. Not sure how to solve this: putting permanent marker on letters would just wear off, as would putting stickers on the keys. Extremely frustrating.
