I purchased this for my wife after 15 years of having her old laptop, trying the IPad for several years, and just needing a PC to actually help manage her business and home life. The set up was incredibly easy, smooth, and connecting to Alexa is best! Made sure to purchase a great cover and insurance as we have small children around. Nevertheless, its ease, function, and look is classy. Exactly what we needed. Yes, a bit over the budget I was hoping for. However, you get what you pay for. I needed something that could last us a while. I have a feeling this will.

It is a solid well built laptop. Light and fast. I tried every $600 lap that reviewed well . I wanted a Ryzan 5 or 7. 1 got a open box for $408.

I bough this laptop open box with geek squad certified as I open this the box I noticed the charger was missing. I paid extra for the geek squad certified but they didn’t even check to see if charger was there. My trust for geek squad went down they didn’t even clean the laptop as they said on the discretion.

Really good laptop, its fast does exactly what I need it for.

It's been a long time since I've purchased a new laptop, and this is almost perfect. It's light, thin, a large enough screen, has more than enough storage and memory for my uses right now, wifi and bluetooth connectivity, What I'm disappointed in is that it doesn't have a DVD/CD drive, connecting/transferring files from other sources that are not on the internet can be a pain, and the OS isn't as intuitive for me as I'd hope. But considering that there are solutions and workarounds for most of these issues, they're relatively minor. (I'd still dock it half a star though.)

Speedy. Nice design. Love the small bezel, BUT returned it because I noticed that the screen scratches easily. The keyboard keys rub when it's closed. Also it was unable to do a factory reset without an error. I hadn't even done anything with it except windows updated. Loved it, but...not quite enough to keep.

This was a holiday gift for my husband to replace his previous dinosaur. Has all the updated features and storage to meet his needs. Great price too!

One of the few laptops that I found with great components at a decent price, have in mind that this model is not available everywhere. This is the second one I bought, first one for me and then for my father to upgrade his 5 year old laptop. The face scan is really convenient and very reliable, the trackpad/mouse area is perfect. Finally a laptop that has plenty of space, screen is great, I really like it. Only thing is the backlit keyboard is too light so in a illuminated area or if you're outside and don't know the keyboard layout might be a little tricky, otherwise, I love it.

Great laptop, affordable and durable. Lightweight, plenty of memory, long-lasting battery, and very fast. Very happy with this purchase.

Really good laptop for school and work and even light gaming. Size is too small but if you don't mind small screens, its a great option

Excellent design. Low weight allows the Ease of mobility. Compac size but still powerfull. Only draw back is keyboard contrast which is very annoying.

I tried this laptop out for about a week and it feels pretty solid. Definitely good for basic web browsing, document editing, streaming. I would not recommend for anything intensive like audio production or gaming.

My 10 year old uses this laptop daily and he is brutal with laptops. We used to buy cheaper laptops with warranty and spend half the time getting it fixed. No such issue with this device. No problems, no no issues except for a dent or two but my son is brutal and spends several hours a day on the device. The display is good for the price, performance is great for the price, and the keyboard is excellent.

The keys do not light up enough for me and the volume isn't loud enough.
