Displays bright and clear. Requires external DVD. Touchpad takes some getting used to.

Good laptop for everyday use

Besides this is perfect for browsing, work with texts and photography retouch. The screen looks good, it is very light and solid build.

Odd Fan Issue

ASUS support was unable to help. Eventually I found a post that solved the issue for me. I had to go into the settings for the AMD Ryzen 5 and select it to not sleep or something along those lines. B Besides that major issue this laptop has been good.

Great laptop

I use this for music production and running investment software. The device boots in about 5 seconds and is ready to use in under 10 seconds. The screen is easy to use (I have a large HDMI monitor also attached.) The keys are a bit hard to read in low low light but are responsive. All in all GREAT BUY!!! I am getting one for my mom to replace her aged beast.

Awesome mid-level laptop

Plenty of memory for all applications and steaming, basically all the bells and whistles- and, fantastic screen size. Bought it as a gift, would have kept it for myself but it’s a bit compact so it doesn’t have 10 - key which I use extensively. Completely recommend for student or home use!
