Also the keys are in grey and the letters are also in a grey so it's very hard to see the keys during the day.

In the dark the keys light up nice, but if you turn on any light in the room you can't see the keys without placing you head right over the keypad. It's such an issue that now I wish I had not bought it. But I won't send it back because I have spent too much time setting it up.

I do not recommend it for games, but for office or home uses maybe works

Good laptop, mine came with issues.

It's great for school and entertainment with its wonderful display and a good battery life. Sadly my laptop has issues with its drivers and I haven't figured it out yet with it blacking out randomly on battery life.

When I say slow I don't mean actually slow, I mean a bit on the slow side compared to other laptops in similar price range and that may be the AMD processor. Intel laptop just seem a bit more snappier.
