Compact and Perfect for my needs! Ease of use is great!

Really terrific little laptop. ASUS makes really solid products. I have a netbook which is 20 years old and still working! The Ryzen 5 is really fast, and with the NVIDIA coprocessor, this is a deal which is really hard to beat. It also has a backlit keyboard which is nice. Best laptop I have had in a long long time.

Ended up breaking after a month. Honestly while it lasted this laptop was amazing, however it’s demise came quickly. Got a refund for it though, so I can’t complain. I am guessing I am just unlucky on this one as all my other Acer products in the past have been top notch

This is a great light weight computer with excellent graphics. Perfect for my 11 year old son for school and gaming.

This is an excellent laptop depending on your needs. I bought two of these for my 7 and 9 year old kids for school and they have been great for that purpose. They also use them for a lot of the none component intensive video games like roblox and minecraft. They are a great value for those types of applications. People complain of not being able to see the letters on the keys but you can actually turn up the light setting so you can see them.

Very light, and yet it feels very sturdy for our basic needs. So far the battery life has been solid as well.

I needed a laptop for office works that runs fast and has good storage space. This laptop does it well. It is light and convenient to take around too. Looks modern as well. Highly recommended. (Don't think this laptop is suited for heavy gaming; it's perfect otherwise though). Battery life is not the best but still durable; I am 6 months in of regular uses, and I can use it without being charged for around 4 hours straight.

The computer is very cool and have smooth surface. It was easy to figure out how to watch a video on YouTube teaching you to adjust the backlight of the keyboards. Love the face recognition . The screen however is smaller than expected.

I am not tech savvy so the only complaint I have is the fan. It is extremely loud even when there is nothing running on the background. I contacted Asus directly and they advised that for it being a new computer with those issues I should just return it. The geek squad said there was nothing wrong with it but the sound just became too annoying. One minor detail is the keyboard, you cannot see it properly. Would not recommend.

Very happy with my purchase, it's very fast for its price and it's such a sleek laptop compared to others.

It works pretty smooth and the graphics are pretty good and consistent for the video games I play on it(Apex Legends, etc.) I would recommend a stronger laptop with better graphic if you plan on using this for gaming at all. Otherwise, it works perfectly, a little buggy at times but not that often.
