Did everything I expected you to do more lightweight, good battery

I love this laptop. It’s super fast and has a lot of memory. I love the small borders for the screen. It is very light and is perfect for my school work. My only complaint is that the buttons are a little hard to see with the silver color scheme. I do not see that as a reason to not buy. I would definitely recommend this and I would buy again.

A great laptop for the price. Everything works as it should

So, I bought this laptop 10 days ago and last night was the first time I heard it. While watching a movie and browsing Amazon I noticed a loud sound like blowing wind. I actually thought that it was my portable A/C unit, until my A/C shut off and the sound was still going strong. Turns out that this is an issue with previous versions of this Asus laptop and apparently with this 11th generation model. I will be returning it, but I am disappointed because without the noise it was a pretty awesome laptop. There was a little issue with the keyboard, being that the keyboard is grey and the silver color used to mark the keys is near impossible to see unless you hover right over it or the monitor is on. I could live with that, but the noise is driving me up the wall.

Good computer but did not have touch screen and the color made it difficult to read the letters/numbers. Returned computer to store and purchased one that had touch screen and easier to read letters/numbers.

Great little productivity/light gaming laptop, especially for the price when you get it on sale. Keyboard backlighting is not very bright, 8 gigs of ram is meh, but other than that its hard to find a better value. pretty sturdy too, I've dropped it a few times and the aluminum body is nice to have. CPU is a workhorse, screen is tremendous.

Great product very light Weight and rigid at the same time!!

I got this for my son and also to specifically play the game SIMS 4. The guy told me that this would definitely work for what I needed it for. Got home, opened the laptop and had to install and setup so many things! Finally downloaded the game and started playing.... I have to say it kept closing down alot while I was playing the game. Pretty frustrating. Then my son started using it to play other games online and it kept closing on him. So since I had no other use for it, I returned it for my money back.

It is lightweight, easy for me to navigate around. Really like it.

When I saw this laptop on sale for $550, I almost could not believe it. Six-core Ryzen processor and a dedicated graphics card inside a 14 inch laptop? The deal was too good to be true, I had to get it. My initial experience was great. Overall, it felt very premium. I could have easily spent $700 on this laptop and not think twice. After two months or so, I don't think I'll even pay $550 for this laptop. It's still working fine. However, there are some serious issues with it. One of the first things I noticed was that the keyboard would not work after the laptop wakes from sleep. Sometimes the screen would not turn on either. So if the laptop goes to sleep and you did not save your work, tough luck. There is an issue with the fans too where they get very loud. I checked task manager to see if something was running in the background, turns out nothing was! The CPU was sitting at 2% utilization. The fans are just loud and I had no idea why. Apart from that, the laptop overheats if you play games on it. The specs seem really nice on paper, but good luck playing any games on it. On battery, the thermal limit is set so low that I can't even play League of Legends/Valorant on it without being locked to 23 FPS every 15 seconds. While plugged in there's a slightly better thermal headroom but still unplayable on Valorant. If you are buying this for web browsing or media consumption, I can see this working for you. But this laptop isn't for me. I never expected this laptop to do AAA games at 60 FPS. But struggling to run League, a game that was released 10 years ago? My previous $600 laptop purchased in 2016 had no issues with League.

Great laptop but the screen cracked very easily from a set of keys falling on the outside of the laptop. Other than that it was my favorite laptop. I just wish the screen was more protected.

Perfect for my wife at work or at school. Would buy again.
