Letters are hard to see which makes using the computer more difficult. The key board needs to light up if using the color on the keys.

Works well. We needed a computer for daily use for educational and shopping purposes. Works perfectly for that. Would not use for gaming or work purposes though.

We have been really happy with the computer, but would have been happier with better service from best buy. We would have liked to get some assistance with set up, but staff were busy. We got into our appt early, which was great, but also waited for 45 minutes to get credit approved even though we have made previous purchases. Honestly, the only reason this purchase even made sense was the 18 months free financing....

Amazing gaming laptop. Supports most games with no lag. Just wish they we’re designed a little tougher. Not worth $700. Would wait until it goes on sale at $550

It felt nice in hand but it was quirky, if it went to sleep I would have to restart to get back on. Hopefully they fixed that with an update however I did return it.

haven’t had a problem with this computer, it boots up super fast and gets the job done. tried to play valorant on it just to test and see its gaming capabilities but it was getting too hot. maybe minecraft or stardew valley or the sims is easier to handle.

The fan constantly ran and the keyboard stopped working if the screen went into sleep mode.

Good laptop with great specifications for the price. The keyboard could have used black ink for characters for better visibility but you'll get used to that.

I had nonidea what to expect, but I am so glad I selected this device! It feels like all the functions I need are built into the keyboard so I can jump into any task mote quickly then usual like turning off/on my camera. So pleased with this purchase!

Very nice computer! I didn’t want a bulky computer and this one is perfect, it’s slim and lightweight. Runs with no problems. Also has great graphics

Very good, the bad part is that the MX350 chipset is the 10 watts one. Not the good one.

Purchased for my daughter's back to school online learning. It's easy to set up. It's compact for carry. Overall, great product that will last her a couple years.

Works extremely well. Great sound. Seamless connectivity going from one bluetooth device to another. Slightly uncomfortable wearing it for a few hours.

For the price, this is a pretty useful computer. And it’s light and convenient.

Very fast loading and response time. The only downside if you consider it as such is that it is not touchscreen which is why I exchanged mine. If you are not looking touchscreen laptop this is the perfect option and very reasonably priced!!!!

Overall, it works good. A couple of times the computer seemed really noisy, but after turning it off and turning it back on, it's been better.

Boots up super fast and just what we needed. The only thing is the battery doesn’t last as long as they say but it might be the setting we choose. Other than that it does everything we need it too.

Good performance. Excellent quality screen bright with rich colors. Processor is phenomenal. The major downside to this computer is the keyboard. There is not enough contrast betwen the silver keys and the white lettering. Turning on the backlit makes things worst. Wanted to like this computer at this price point but ended up returning because the keyboard was so bad.

Great overall computer for beginners with excellent quality and great design. Most importantly, the Asus Laptop computer is budget friendly and affordable.
