Great little computer that does well for just about anything, you can edit videos easily and type up those emails just as quickly.

My son reviewed many computers and picked this one for us to purchase four our daughter, who is a Senior this year. And with Covid, we needed a good computer for her to work from home.

The keyboard on this laptop is garbage, you can hardly see the letters when the lighting is on, I tried to turn it off, but can’t. Does anyone know how to turn the keyboard lights off on this peace of crap? I most likely I am going upgrade to a better brand, this keyboard is the f&&ing!!! Worst

The laptop does everything I need, it just doesn’t stay charged as long as I’d like it to.

product did not have any directions in the package. how do u get the lights on the keys to light up?

Exchanged this for the same one after a few days of using it. The keyboard stopped working everytime the laptop went to sleep and was turned back on. After getting the 2nd one and having used it, again after a few days, the keyboard went out. So frustrating specially when you have already downloaded all softwares and files for your schoolwork and having to do it a second time and now maybe a third time! I am going to see if I am able to exchange it but everything is basically sold out in the store including this zenbook and they can't order it apparently. Kind of hard to just fork out money again or wait to exchange it when they have anything in stock. Zenbook needs to pull these laptops and fix them before they re-sell them. What's the point of having a new computer with a dysfunctional keyboard?

Works fine good computer for if you just needed for media it could use a little bit more space though

This computer is basically used for zoom events and has performed very well and easily.

I had purchased this laptop for school but had the worse luck with it. I really liked it because it was light wight. After a week and half i was having troubles with it. It would go to sleep, I'll turn it back on and the screen would freeze. Just my luck it froze during an test I was doing online. I went through 2 of them before exchanging it for the HP Pavillion that I did not like.

I purchased ASUS Zenbook recently. Its pretty easy to navigate . I use my laptop for everything.. music, work, social media. Very pleased with my purchase.

I got this computer mainly to use for university related GIS and other mapping projects. So far just used QGIS, but definitely great for any basic laptop usage. Would recommend

Perfect for school and home projects. It's light weight and easy to use. There are no delays in processing. I use it for almost everything. Work and personal!

if you want to get this laptop for gaming in mind i would say it can run a fair amount of games. Just dont expect to run anything on high settings. Browsing websites and YouTube is just fine. I like the build quality and the size of the laptop. Fyi, dont get this if you are going to be video editing. But Ober all a great laptop for basic use.

The sales person really knew laptops. I asked for a laptop for a 5th grader. He went to his list, and found just what I needed.

I got an open box unit but it was pretty much brand new. This thing does everything I need with no problems. I edit music and renders pretty fast. No complaints

Works well for the class in college I needed it for. Haven't had an issues with it.
