Even Google searches has not resolved the issue.

It was difficult not having this feature, so the only reason I returned this unit is no touchscreen.

Really upset about this laptop

Meaning, I had to manually restart it about 10 times for the keyboard to work, as every time the computer went into sleep/lock screen, upon awakening the computer, the keyboard was NOT responsive. Again, purchased on 8.9.2020, and on phone with tech support with ASUS 8.10.2020 which should NEVER be occurring after a $700 purchase. Plus, the tech support advised me to return it as well as it could be faulty.
