Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.this is an amazing computer they didnt orignially have the computer i wanted in stock so i took what was second best and coulndnt have made a better desicion i dont remember the person who helped me but he was such a great help he was at the time working at barbra jordan muller location and he sent me to some people at the front who didnt know what they were doing but he finally helped and i walked with a computer that day i was extremly happy !!

Please Help!

A few days after purchasing this laptop, my husband had a terrible fall and had to have emergency brain surgery. He is now deceased. He has a passcode on his computer and no one can do anything with it. It’s brand new and useless to anyone now. What can be done to override this passcode so that someone can use this brand new laptop? Thank you, Connie Hagan
