Best Buy however - leaves some to be desired. They did not mention that this open box item specifically - did not include the laptop charger. No where in the description did it mention this. They need to start doing so that way the buyer can make a more informed decision.

I bought this laptop LAST week, and after day 1, the laptop screen cover started coming off on the lower left corner. I saw this review on another site after I bought it, otherwise, I would not have bought this. The cover started coming off after opening the laptop, and it will not snap back on.
