I bought this laptop LAST week, and after day 1, the laptop screen cover started coming off on the lower left corner. I saw this review on another site after I bought it, otherwise, I would not have bought this. The cover started coming off after opening the laptop, and it will not snap back on.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It’s a nice laptop with good build quality materials and a nice screen but the arrow keys are so small they hurt your wrist to use and the system won’t allow you to remove the key delay past a certain extent so using continuous commands is difficult. The track pad would freeze after using the keys in program enough to have the cursor disappear and would take up to 10 full seconds to use the mouse again which is the main reason I returned it. This could have been just an issue with my particular laptop but if it isn’t then this laptop cannot be used for particular uses.

It has specs powerful enough for university stuff and even a bit of gaming even if the MX450 is the lower watt variant. Screen was bright enough for outside work and good enough for content consumption. Keyboard was backlit and comfortable to type on. Speakers were good enough... but this thing kept on BSODing on me. Factory Reset the thing 4x, and it still BSODs. I don't have the time to deal with Asus support let alone have the thing sent out for repairs.

The machine is very quick, responsive and the GPU is strong enough for me to play Fortnite and Rocket League which are mostly what I wanted to do gaming wise. Form factor is good. Screen is plenty bright, I was concerned because of how few nits the screen is but it's. non-issue.
