simple set up and lightweight...just what I was looking for!

I bought this computer as a starter for my teenage son. He enjoys the computer and I appreciate all of the aspects that make it a good “first”. The blue light setting and more importantly the military grade durability.

Small enough, good battery life - does what I need it to do. Having the USB-C charging is really helpful and it’s nice that there are two ports so I can connect it to an external monitor.

This laptop is the perfect size and has everything I need in a portable device. Speedy processer. Plenty of storage. Great graphics as well. Keyboard is a pleasant experience and the Windows hello is nice to unlock your computer also. Good looks helps too. I love it and you will too! Definitely recommend to everyone

I purchased the Asus laptop to update my computer as my Dell is 7 years old. I am in my 70’s and do not need or understand the many bells and whistles but the laptop was easy to use. The wi-fi while of use, I have not utilized this feature enough to give a review.

Got this to function as a new download computer and its been pretty solid. Only issue that i have had is that ethernet card will get overheated and it will drop offline. Usually have to end up rebooting the computer, but other than that is a solid little computer

Nice computer, doesn’t have touch screen though, which I thought it did. It seems to start quickly and keeps its charge. It is a small and light computer.

My only complaint is that if there is some pressure on the frame of the laptop, it leads to a deeper click so when you click on tabs etc. it moves them as you move your mouse away. Otherwise great.

Great computer for remote work. Purchased this to supplement my work from home office and have not been disappointed yet, although I have still not been given the ability to download the free internet security software I was supposed to receive.

I’ve bought 2 of these for work so far, one had OS and power issues but was covered under warranty to get repaired. Over all enjoy this laptop for work.

Great size and power for college. Great for taken to class and where ever you need to use it. Price was right for this laptop. Weight is perfect. Battery life is excellent to handle a full day of classes. Screen is bright easy to read.

I was looking for a 15.6 HP to replace mine that was stolen. I found the ASUS for a similar price. It has the same specs as my HP. It is by far a better-built product. I loved my HP but glad you were out of stock on mine. This is my 2nd Ryzan 5 which is excellent also.

Works very well. Easy to use and has all features as advertised. I was looking for a good computer for school and this met all of my requirements, plus it was well-priced as an open box item. I so appreciate Best Buy for their quality and expertise of service.

This laptop performs well for school applications. However, has a tendency to overheat. Fans have been cleared of debris and the laptop overheats. The only way to cool it down is to shut it down and leave it for a couple of hours. Beware of overheating when charging. That seems to be when it gets the hottest. Not useable when it overheats. The issue did not become apparent until after my 2 week return window.

Constantly shuts down for no reason, can't get it out of sleep love and have to hard restart. Very annoying.

Excellent laptop, fast, has USB-C data and display, and Ryzen 5000 with the MX450. Easily plays Apex at 60FPS at 1080P. Laptop does run quite hot. Battery life is more like 6 hours, the 12 hour claim is baloney. Excellent deal for the $460 open box though.
